Contract destruction of items due to data security and legal accountability. Hard drives can be removed and destroyed still leaving parts value in the equipment for sale if permitted. If not sellable at all a detailed certified destruction report listed by serial numbers will be provided. Use of R2 Certified Zero Landfill Partners.
Scenario B:
Client requires assets to be decommissioned , inventoried and evaluated for value recovery. Items that hold significant value can be sold through our re-marketing process with profits shared or we can buy outright. Remaining equipment will be properly disposed of with the use of R2 Certified Zero Landfill Partners.

All medical equipment must be delivered with a certificate of decontamination and labeled for items that has come in past contact with any bodily fluids or any carcinogenic contaminant. The label should state date of decontamination and signature of the person who performed the procedure. We require that any and all fluids be drained from each piece of equipment prior to taking ownership of the equipment. In-house decontamination must follow manufacturer's specifications and provide signed Disposal of Capital Asset Form. Please contact us if you have any questions about this.
